★Four servo motor  drive imported from TAIWAN DELTA, Accurate precision, reduce the mechanical transmission parts, can effectively reduce the mechanical failure rate.

★ The whole control system adopts Delta PLC control system

★ Control the contactor in the cabinet are all  of Germany's Siemens brand.

★Relays, circuit breaker adopts French Schneider brand, photoelectric and proximity switch adopts Autonics Korea brand.

★ Bottom die , blade adopt Japan's tungsten steel production (wear)

★ The whole stitch head adopt specifical tungsten, CNC precision machining

★Change carton size and adjust carton nail distance only take one minute can be completed, greatly save time it is easy to operate.

★Can nail box & has a lid without cover carton box (with and without cover is required at time of order to nail in mechanical specification).

★After a period of automatic counting function, completes the product number can be set according to the number (1-99) fold, to the end of the conveying machinery, convenient packing banding.

★ Machine : 600 nail/min

★ Nail distance: 30-120mm Arbitrary adjustable

★ A dual purpose, i can stitch single piece and double piece, and irregular carton。

★ Size adopt full computerized control, change size only take 2-3mins

★ Can stitch strengthen nail, single nail , double nail, once complete 

★ Feed automatic counting, finished product is sent out banding

★Suitable for small and medium carton, binding quickly and save labor, there is no limit to the technology:

★Used three layer, five layer corrugated cardboard, seven layers (seven layers need special instructions)
